When a job is broadcasted that matches your language, certifications, and delivery type, it appears in the Available Jobs tab with full details — language pair, date, time, location, delivery method, and any visible custom fields.

Accept or decline with a single click. No emails to reply to, no phone calls to return. The admin sees your response in real time.

Availability Calendar

Set your schedule — your agency sees it instantly

The Availability tab shows a monthly calendar where interpreters click any day to cycle through statuses: Available, Unavailable, Preferred, or Clear. Quick actions let you mark an entire week or clear a full month in one click.

Admins see your availability status in the broadcast modal — unavailable interpreters are dimmed to 50% and can't be accidentally dispatched.

  • Click to cycle: Available, Unavailable, Preferred, Clear
  • Quick actions: Mark Week, Clear Month
  • Visible to admin during broadcast selection
  • Unavailable interpreters dimmed in broadcast modal

Pay Schedule

Track every dollar you've earned

The Pay Schedule tab shows earnings grouped by pay period. Every completed assignment appears as a line item with date, account, hours, and pay amount. No more emailing the agency to ask "when am I getting paid?"

Resources + PWA

Training, compliance, and mobile install

The Resources tab embeds HIPAA and FERPA training modules directly inside the portal — interpreters complete compliance training without leaving the platform. Modules include a fullscreen toggle for focused learning.

IMP is also a Progressive Web App. Interpreters can install it to their home screen on any device — iOS or Android — for a native app-like experience with no app store download required.

Your interpreters get a dedicated app on their phone, HIPAA training built in, one-tap job acceptance, and turn-by-turn navigation to every appointment. That's the interpreter experience.

  • HIPAA + FERPA training modules embedded
  • PWA: install to home screen, standalone mode
  • Service worker caching for fast loads
  • Works on iOS and Android — no app store needed
