When you broadcast a healthcare appointment, IMP filters by language, medical specialization, HIPAA certification, and delivery capability before any interpreter sees the job. No unqualified interpreters accepting jobs they shouldn't be on.

Proximity-based sorting means the closest qualified interpreter gets ranked first for onsite appointments. For VRI and OPI, the system prioritizes by availability and certification level.

A radiology appointment in Spanish? Only Spanish interpreters with medical specialization, HIPAA training, and onsite capability within range will see it. Everyone else is filtered out before the broadcast sends.
