120+ languages with granular permissions

Assign language pairs to interpreters with full certification tracking. When a job is broadcasted, only interpreters with the right language permissions and matching delivery capabilities receive the offer.

The system supports ASL, CDI (Certified Deaf Interpreter), CART, and 120+ spoken languages — from Spanish and Mandarin to Haitian Creole, Dari, and Somali. Each language assignment can include certification type and expiration tracking.

When you broadcast a job for Mandarin medical interpreting, only Mandarin-certified interpreters with medical specialization and the right delivery type see it. No noise.

Availability Calendar

Interpreters manage their own availability

Each interpreter gets a monthly calendar in their portal where they can set their availability day by day. Click to cycle through statuses — no forms, no emails, no back-and-forth.

Admins see availability status directly in the broadcast modal, so you know who's ready before you send the offer. Unavailable interpreters are dimmed to 50% opacity and can't be accidentally selected.

Set per-interpreter pay rates that integrate with your rate card system. When a job is completed, interpreter pay calculates automatically based on actual hours, rounding rules, minimum thresholds, and special rates.

Interpreters see their own pay schedule in their portal — earnings grouped by pay period, with line items for every completed assignment. No more "when am I getting paid?" emails.
